Mrs. Marian McClellan
Mrs. McClellan was born and reared in the Crossroads of America, also known as Indiana. Perhaps growing up in a state rich with national history is one of the reasons for her love of history; a love she passes on to her students. A Hoosier and a Boilermaker to her core, it’s remarkable to think that Mrs. McClellan chose Maryland to be her home. Her vacations are spent at the Jersey shore of Wildwood Crest beach. There, she and her husband, her two children, their spouses, and four grandchildren spend their days relaxing on the beach, building sandcastles, and listening to Motown.
When not vacationing at the beach, Mrs. McClellan loves to eat out with her family and friends at various French, Italian, and Mexican restaurants. Her particular favorite is Mi Rancho in Silver Spring.
Having developed a passion for traveling while wandering the globe with the Peace Corps, Mrs. McClellan looks forward to the day when she travels to Paris on an all-expenses paid excursion, from an anonymous donor!
